Prince dies at 57 |
As expected, social media sites erupted with condolences and messages for the legendary singer, who has created popular melodies such as, “Purple Rain” and many more memorable songs. He was a consistent Grammy awardee and nominee, as well.
Meanwhile, grieving fans offered flowers outside 1st Avenue, the club in downtown Minneapolis where much of Prince's Purple Rain was filmed. Rest in Peace (RIP), Prince.
